Neterature Manifesto

Traditional literature is definitive.
Neterature is generative.
Traditional literature entails a vision of becoming what you are: since birth, we have inside what we are and happenings can either frustate or realise this fate. On the contrary, neterature corresponds to the concept of being what we become, not becoming what we are. From a starting point, many different paths can evolve and, even more important, each of them is the authentic one.
Traditional literature is mechanicistic.
Neterature is organic.
Traditionally, plot unfolding reduces the possibilities of plot developlment: an event justifies and implies the following one so much that the conclusion represents the only goal, the end of the whole work. Traditional literature, thus, consumes by happening, meaning that developing it reduces its possibilities until it comes to a conclusion. Neterature articulates, expands, grows by parallel, converging and diverging rows. An event is followed by several, different consequences in a process that not only does not reduce future possibilities, but in fact, it multiplies them.
Traditional literature is exclusive.
Neterature is inclusive.
Traditional literature represents a situation where writers take distance from readers, keeping for them a reserved right on creation. A separation occurs. Neterature on the contrary exists thanks to the cooperation, association, community building, while at the same time it is their cause.
